Instant 2-in-1 Coffee Maker – Vienna Coffee


  • 1 espresso pod
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/8 tsp low fat cocoa powder or chocolate shavings
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk or a bowl with a hand mixer, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Place into the refrigerator.
  • Touch the Power key of the Instant Pod coffee maker.
  • Open the top cover of the Instant Pod coffee maker.
  • Insert an espresso pod. Close the top cover.
  • Select the 2oz option from the espresso section.
  • Place your cup onto the drip tray plate.
  • When the water stops dripping, gently pour or pipe the whipped cream over the back of a spoon held just above the coffee to form a layer on top. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
  • Serve immediately.
