Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk or a bowl with a hand mixer, beat the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Place into the refrigerator.
Touch the Power key of the Instant Pod coffee maker.
Open the top cover of the Instant Pod coffee maker.
Insert an espresso pod. Close the top cover.
Select the 2oz option from the espresso section.
Place your cup onto the drip tray plate.
When the water stops dripping, gently pour or pipe the whipped cream over the back of a spoon held just above the coffee to form a layer on top. If desired, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
