Trim the crust from all sides of the bread & cut it into thick slices or sticks. Set aside. In a bowl, mix the butter, hot honey, brown sugar & salt until well combined. Apply the mixture to all sides of the bread.
Select Air Fry. Set the temperature to 350°F / 180°C for 16 minutes. Let the air fryer preheat.
Once preheated, add the bread in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Flip halfway through; checking after the first 7 minutes. Cook until the toast has a deep golden-brown color.
Remove from air fryer & allow to chill on a cooling rack for 20 minutes or until coating has hardened.
Serve topped with ice cream or creme fraiche and a drizzle of hot honey or hot honey caramel for dipping.
