In a bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and ½ teaspoon salt until smooth. Ensure there are no lumps by beating the mixture well. Set aside.
Roll the pizza dough into an oval shape – don’t worry about achieving a perfect rectangle; a freeform shape works just fine.
Brush the rolled-out dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with a mix of cinnamon, sugar, and ½ teaspoon salt.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into sticks.
Place the dough sticks in the air fryer, making sure they are spaced out for proper ventilation. Work in batches if needed. Select the Bake function and bake at 350°F / 175°C for 10 minutes or until the dough is cooked through but not overly golden brown. Add more time if necessary.
Once the sticks are done and slightly cooled, drizzle some of the icing over them, leaving the rest as a dipping sauce. Serve and enjoy!
