Place 2 tbsp butter in a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave at 10 second intervals until melted. Alternatively, gently heat the butter in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until melted.
Add 2 tbsp honey, 2 cups peanuts, 4 tsp szechuan peppercorns, and 1 tsp salt to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
