Place the butter in a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave at 10-second intervals until melted. Alternatively, gently heat the butter in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until melted.
Add the honey, peanuts, Szechuan peppercorns, and salt to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
Air Fry the peanuts at 385°F / 196°C for 5-7 minutes, or until golden. Spread on parchment paper. Serve when cooled.
