Honey Szechuan Peanuts


  • 2 cups dry roasted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tsp whole szechuan peppercorns
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Place 2 tbsp butter in a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave at 10 second intervals until melted. Alternatively, gently heat the butter in a small saucepan on medium-low heat until melted.
  • Add 2 tbsp honey, 2 cups peanuts, 4 tsp szechuan peppercorns, and 1 tsp salt to the melted butter. Stir to combine.
  • Air Fry peanuts at 385°F for 5-7 minutes, or until golden. Spread on parchment paper. Serve when cooled.
