Honey-glazed Salmon


  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp black or white sesame seeds
  • Season the salmon with the soy sauce and then add salt and pepper to taste.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 390ºF (200ºC). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket to place pieces of salmon, spreading them on the rack without piling them up. Close.
  • When the time is up, remove, add the honey and sesame, and set the time for two more minutes.
