Manually select Pressure Cook – High and set the time to 15 minutes.
When the program is done let the pot Natural Release for about 30 minutes.
Carefully release the remaining pressure by opening the valve to vent. When done, open the Instant Pot® and discard the cinnamon sticks and anise stars.
Using a potato masher, mash the fruit to release juices.
Strain the cider in fine mesh strainer. Squeeze out as much juice you can.
Discard the remaining fruit.
Enjoy warm or cold! Garnish each glass with a cinnamon stick, apple slice and some fresh cranberries.
