Heat the tortillas on a griddle (enough so that they can be folded without breaking).
Make the paste by combining the water with the flour. This will make the rolled tortillas stick together so that they do not open while baking.
Place the chicken on one end of the tortilla and roll up in the shape of a flute, reaching the end. Spread a little paste on the tortilla and finish rolling the remaining piece. Press for a few seconds until the paste sticks very well to the rolled tortilla.
Do the same with the rest of the chicken and tortillas.
When finished, brush or spray the rolled tacos with avocado oil.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 15 Minutes and the temperature to 390˚F (200˚C). Press Start.
Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and put the tacos in without overlapping. Close (you will have to do 2-3 batches).
When cooking is halfway done, turn the tacos over.
Once the time is up, open the Instant Vortex basket and check the tacos. If they still need a little more time, close and add 3 Minutes more.
Remove and serve when crisp and golden brown.
Finally garnish/serve with salsa, sour cream, chopped lettuce, and a little cheese.
