Garlic Hot Honey Pepitas


  • 1 ½ cups raw pepitas, unsalted and unroasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Add olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and garlic powder to a medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
  • Add pepitas to the bowl and mix to thoroughly coat all the seeds.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with a single sheet of aluminum foil. Top with honeyed pepitas and Air Fry at 385°F for 8-9 Minutes, until fragrant and toasted. Repeat with any remaining unroasted pepitas.
  • Spread out the roasted pepitas on parchment paper to cool. Gently break up any clumps and serve as a snack.
