Season ground beef with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Take a piece of wonton dough; place ½ tsp filling on one corner of the dough. Brush a little egg white on the edges to seal in the filling.
Fold the dough to form a sort of triangle. Then, on the filling side, press with your finger so as to seal the tips of the base. It should be shaped like a little boat. Use the beaten egg to seal and shape the dough. Brush the wontons with olive oil. You can also use oil spray.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
Once Add Food appears on the display, add the stuffed wontons.
Once Turn Food appears on the display, turn food over and continue cooking until screen displays End. For additional browning, leave it in 2 more minutes.
Serve with tamarind sauce, soy sauce or other sauce of your choice.
