French Fries


  • 2 large potatoes
  • Cut into sticks and pass through ice water.
  • Dry well and brush with olive oil.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 6 Minutes and temperature t0 305˚F (152˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add the potatoes. Close tray and let cook.
  • Turn over when instructed on the Instant Vortex display.
  • Serve with sauce.
