Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 sheet aluminum foil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 340˚F (170˚C). Press Start.
  2. Once Add Food appears on the display, cover the tray with a sheet of aluminum foil and scatter the flaked coconut on top of it.
  3. When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, stir the coconut carefully, and then close tray and continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
  4. Remove and let cool. Serve in your cereal bowl or store in an airtight glass jar.
