Flaked Coconut

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 sheet aluminum foil
Instructions
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 340˚F (170˚C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, cover the tray with a sheet of aluminum foil and scatter the flaked coconut on top of it.
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, open the tray, stir the coconut carefully, and then close tray and continue cooking until the appliance turns Off.
  • Remove and let cool. Serve in your cereal bowl or store in an airtight glass jar.
