Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked bacon diced, 500 g
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Grind the fish in a food processor.
  2. Mix with one egg, flour, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
  3. Form small balls and flatten.
  4. Dip in flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs or panko.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze.
  6. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 340ºF (170ºC). Press Start.
  7. Add the mixture to the basket and close.
  8. Serve with tartar sauce.
