Fish Nuggets

Ingredients
  • 1 lb smoked bacon diced, 500 g
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  • Grind the fish in a food processor.
  • Mix with one egg, flour, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, and stir.
  • Form small balls and flatten.
  • Dip in flour, beaten egg, and bread crumbs or panko.
  • Refrigerate or freeze.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 340ºF (170ºC). Press Start.
  • Add the mixture to the basket and close.
  • Serve with tartar sauce.
