Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy
  • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 farmed-totoaba fillets
  • Black and white sesame seeds
  • Roasted unsalted peanuts
  • Garnish with finely chopped chives
  • Serve with gohan-style or steamed rice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Reduce the soy sauce, ponzu, honey, lemon juice and sesame oil in a hot skillet. Add the corn starch and mix well.
  2. Season the fish, spread the teriyaki sauce and add white and black sesame seeds and peanuts.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 8 Minutes and the temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
  4. When Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and arrange the fish. Put the basket back in the Instant Vortex.
  5. When Turn Food appears on the display, flip the food.
  6. Serve over a layer of rice and sprinkle with chives.
