Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup diced onion
  • ⅓ cup red pepper, chopped
  • 3 leaves spinach, chopped
  • 3 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated or shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
  2. Fill the molds with the mixture. You can use the CorningWare French White 7 oz (207 ml) ramekin.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 355°F (180°C). Press Start.
  4. Once Add Food appears on the display, put the molds in. Close the tray and let cook.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and chives.
