INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl, take turns grating the potatoes and onion (using the star shaped grater holes). Add into the bowl all-purpose flour, egg, sour cream, salt, pepper and baking soda into the potato mixture and mix well. Select the Sauté – Normal and set the time to 40 Minutes. Press Start. Add 2-3 tbsp of Salo or oil into the pot. Spoon 1 heaping tbsp of potato mixture 3 or 4 at a time. Fry each side until golden-brown in color (about 2-3 Minutes each side). Repeat the same procedure for the remaining batter. Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
