In a blender, add the red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, honey, garlic cloves, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cumin, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Blend the mixture at a low speed. Don't blend it too smooth.
In a medium bowl, add 1-2 tablespoonfuls of the red pepper paste and coat well with the baby tomatoes.
In another medium bowl, add green beans, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix it well.
Place the salmon fillets on a cutting board and 1-2 Spoonfuls of the red pepper paste and lay two slices of the lemon on the salmon fillets.
Select Air fryer, set the temperature to 400 °F, and the timer to 15 Minutes. Press Start.
Once the air fryer is preheated, open the air fryer basket, and place the two salmon fillets and the potatoes carefully into the basket. Close the basket.
Once the air fryer shows the Turn Food sign, open the basket and place the green beans evenly on the potatoes.
Once the cooking cycle is done, open the basket, remove the salmon fillets, and place them evenly on each serving plate.
Serve the salmon topped with tzatziki and fresh dill.
