Crispy Parmesan Tomatoes


  • 3 large tomatoes
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Core the tomatoes and cut them into thick slices. You will have 6-9 slices.
  • In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, and salt. Mix well.
  • Select Roast and set the time and temperature to 325°F/162.78 °C for 10 Minutes. Press Start.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, top the tomato slices with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Once preheated, carefully place the tomato slices into the basket in a single layer.
  • When cooking is completed, use a large spoon to lift the tomatoes out of the basket and place onto a serving platter. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
