Crispy Herbed Potatoes


  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Score the potatoes.
  • Mix the oil with the spices and coat the potatoes.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 365°F (185°C). Press Start.
  • Add the batter and close the basket.
  • When the fryer indicates Turn Food, coat the potatoes with Parmesan cheese.
  • Once ready, add salt.
