Crispy Garlic Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ⅔ cup panko
  • ⅓ cup parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  • "Mix panko, parmesan, chives, garlic, lemon, and olive oil and set aside."
  • Brush the salmon fillets with butter and dredge with previous mixture.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 25 Minutes and the temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp mustard, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Fresh out of the oven, spread on the butter and serve.
