Crispy Garlic Parmesan Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ⅔ cup panko
  • ⅓ cup parmesan
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. "Mix panko, parmesan, chives, garlic, lemon, and olive oil and set aside."
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with butter and dredge with previous mixture.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set time to 25 Minutes and the temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing 2 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp mustard, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Fresh out of the oven, spread on the butter and serve.
