Servings
4-6 Servings
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup of cassava or all-purpose gluten free flour
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon garlic, minced (approximately 1 clove)
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 oz. bottle of Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated in the batter.
Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer without overcrowding. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400°F / 200°C. Cook in batches if necessary.
Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss them in the hot sauce until well-coated. Return the cauliflower to the air fryer and air fry for an additional 8 minutes at 400°F / 200°C.
