Ingredients
  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup of cassava or all-purpose gluten free flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (approximately 1 clove)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 oz. bottle of Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are fully coated in the batter.
  • Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer without overcrowding. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400°F / 200°C. Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and toss them in the hot sauce until well-coated. Return the cauliflower to the air fryer and air fry for an additional 8 minutes at 400°F / 200°C.
  • Serve with your favorite dip. Enjoy!
