Cranberry, Brie and Bacon Rolls


  • 1 oz tube, 8.3 Crescent Roll
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3.5 oz Brie, cut in large cubes
  • 3 tbsp crumbled cooked bacon, or Cooked and Diced Bacon
  • 1 Egg White
  • Open the crescent roll. Cut and separate 8 triangle pieces from the marks.
  • Spread cranberry sauce on each triangle.
  • Place 1 or 2 brie cubes on the base of the triangle. Fold long ends on top, if desired.
  • Sprinkle some bacon on top.
  • Roll each triangle starting from the base.
  • Place on a cutting board or tray, tip side on the top.
  • Brush the top of each roll with egg white.
  • Spray AF tray with oil.
  • Select Bake and set the temperature to 350°F and time to 8 Minutes. Press Start.
  • With the Add Food alarm, place rolls in the air frier.
  • Check the rolls just before end of the program and extend time if necessary.
