A bagel with cream cheese meets cinnamon toast crunch in this ooey-gooey breakfast creation

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F / 175°C.
  2. Cut each plain bagel into four pieces by slicing diagonally, but not all the way through, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Spread the softened plain cream cheese between the cuts in each bagel. Make sure to distribute the cream cheese evenly.
  4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  5. Stir in the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Dunk each stuffed bagel into the brown sugar butter glaze, making sure to coat all sides generously.
  7. Place the glazed bagels into the preheated air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry at 350°F / 175°C for about 5-6 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  9. Remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
  10. Optionally, sprinkle with additional cinnamon or drizzle with extra glaze before serving.
