Rinse the oats. Mash the banana in a bowl, add the milk, yogurt, and cinnamon. Add the oats, chocolate chips, and nuts. Pour into 2 ramekins or baking molds. You can use the CorningWare French White 7 oz (207 ml) ramekin.
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
In a hot pan, add the ghee or butter, walnuts, and banana. Brown lightly. Add the sugar, let caramelize, and set aside. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 20-Second intervals, or over a bain-marie. Set aside.
Pour the banana batter into the ramekins and garnish with the melted chocolate
