1½ cups coconut milk, almond milk, or milk of your choice
1 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed
2 red apples, thinly sliced
2 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp agave or honey
1 tbsp berries
1 tsp almonds, chopped
1 tsp coconut flakes
Instructions
Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Add all ingredients in the order described. Stir with a wooden spoon, making sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pot.
Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 4 Minutes.
Once done, press the pressure release button to release all the air.
Open pot lid and let cool. Serve warm with berries, almonds, and coconut.
