Chocolate Cookies


  • 1 cup solid coconut oil or unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut or panela sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks + 1more to melt and make the fudge
  • In a bowl, beat the coconut oil and the sweetener for about 4 Minutes. Then add the eggs one by one.
  • Add the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and beat until all the ingredients are combined. Add the chocolate chips or chunks.
  • Form the dough into small balls and refrigerate for 1 or 2 Hours
  • Optional: Put the pre-frozen fudge inside. 
  • Put parchment paper in your Instant Vortex and add the refrigerated cookies.
  • Press Air Fry , set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 170°C. Press Start .
  • Fry.
  • Carefully remove the cookies and enjoy.
