Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup walnuts
Instructions
  • Combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
  • Add 1 egg and baking soda and mix again.
  • Add the flour to the mixture and stir.
  • Add the chocolate chips and walnuts and combine.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 30 Minutes and then divide into portions.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 285˚F (140˚C) . Press Start .
  • Place parchment paper in the basket, add the cookies, and close.
