Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix very well.
  2. Add 1 egg and baking soda and mix again.
  3. Add the flour to the mixture and stir.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and walnuts and combine.
  5. Refrigerate the dough for 30 Minutes and then divide into portions.
  6. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 285˚F (140˚C) . Press Start .
  7. Place parchment paper in the basket, add the cookies, and close.
