Chicken Wraps


  • ½ chicken breast
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) sliced ham
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) sliced Edam cheese
  • ¼ cup (30 g) of all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 loaves of bread
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fillet the breast, place it inside plastic wrap and, flatten with a mallet. Add salt and pepper and insert alternating slices of ham and cheese.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 365ºF (185°C). Press Start.
  • Tie the roll-up with string. Finally, dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Place in the basket; on the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, set the time to 15 Minutes (10 Minutes on one side, then flip), at 350°F (175°C). Press Start.
  • Remove carefully and serve with applesauce.
