Chicken and Vegetable Skewers


  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 ¼ cups (100 g) mushrooms
  • ¼ zucchini or Italian courgette
  • 4 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground garlic
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, oregano
  • Cut all ingredients into cubes or small pieces.
  • Use skewers sticks to insert piece of onion, red pepper, green pepper, mushroom, zucchini and chicken consecutively until the stick is almost full.
  • Mix together soy sauce, ground garlic, olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Once your skewer sticks are prepped, season or baste with the marinade mixture.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, set the temperature to 340° F (170ºC) for 10 Minutes.
  • When Add Food appears on the display, add the skewers.
  • Once the time is up, turn the skewers so that the opposite side browns and bake again for approximately 10 Minutes at 340°F (170°C).
