Placed the halved potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil, then add 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Mix well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, add the ground turkey. Add 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and ½ cup of yellow mustard. Mix thoroughly until the turkey and seasonings are well combined.
Pre-heat the air fryer to 400°F / 205°C on both sides. When ready, place the seasoned turkey in one half of the air fryer and the coated potatoes in the other. Spread both out evenly on their respective trays and Air Fry at 400°F / 205°C for 15 minutes.
At the halfway mark, shake the potatoes and stir the turkey, ensuring both are spread evenly on the trays before closing the drawers to continue cooking.
Check the potatoes at the end of the cooking time. If they are larger, they may need additional time to cook through. You can tell they’re done when a fork easily pierces them.
Once cooking is complete, build the bowl. Layer the cooked potatoes at the bottom, then top them with the cooked turkey. Add lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, pickles, and the special sauce. Feel free to customize with any additional ingredients you like, or remove any you don’t. Enjoy!
