Cassava Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 lb (1 kg) cassava
  • 1 tbsp olive or sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • Yellow chilli sauce
Instructions
  • Peel and cut yuca vertically and then into 3 to 4 inch pieces for sticks.
  • Then place sticks in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper or other seasonings to taste, such as garlic powder.
  • With a spatula, mix well until all the yuca is integrated with the ingredients.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, add your yuccas. Close the tray and let it cook.
  • Once the time is up, remove from the fryer. For added crispiness, cook 5 more minutes.
  • Place on a plate and pair with your favorite sauces; my recommendation is yellow chili pepper sauce.
