Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Steam and set time to 17 Minutes .Let cool for about 12 Minutes and grate the cassava.Place the grated cassava in a bowl along with the olive oil, water, salt, and spices, to taste.Using your hands, knead well, form into small balls, and fill each with a square of cheese.On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 340°F (170°C). Press Start.Once preheated, add the arepas to the basket and close.Remove, turn over, and put back in for 10 Minutes at 340°F (170°C). Previous Next
