Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
You’ll forget about chicken wings when you try these spicy buffalo-flavored cauliflower bites. They have all the flavor, but with the added bonus of all the nutritional benefits of cauliflower.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot® and place the steam rack inside.
  2. Place the cauliflower in a 7-cup glass bowl and add the buffalo hot sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the bowl on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
  3. Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 2 minutes.
  4. When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
  5. Transfer to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
