Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot® and place the steam rack inside.
Place the cauliflower in a 7-cup glass bowl and add the buffalo hot sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the bowl on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 2 minutes.
When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
