Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
Instructions
  • Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot® and place the steam rack inside.
  • Place the cauliflower in a 7-cup glass bowl and add the buffalo hot sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the bowl on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
  • Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 2 minutes.
  • When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
  • Transfer to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
