Brown Sugar Maple Butternut Squash


  • 1 medium butternut squash deseeded, cubed
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cubed butternut squash, melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Add to the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry at 350°F / 170°C for 15-20 Minutes, leaving the basket undisturbed to ensure a caramelized color on tops of the squash. Remove from the basket and serve warm.
