Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, deseeded and cubed
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp. salt
This quick side dish is as satisfying as it is easy to prepare! We used a medium sized butternut squash, which yielded about 3 cups of total cubed squash.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cubed butternut squash, melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. Add to the air fryer basket.
  2. Air Fry at 350°F / 170°C for 15-20 minutes, leaving the basket undisturbed to ensure a caramelized color on the tops of the squash. Remove from the basket and serve warm. Enjoy!
