Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • ⅓ cup (90 g) butter at room temperature
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 baguette

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a piece of aluminum place the whole head of garlic, add the olive oil and a little salt and pepper and close the aluminum perfectly.
  2. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 350 °F . Press Start.
  3. Once the Add Food screen appears , add the garlic and close the tray.
  4. Remove the garlic and check that when pressing one of the cloves it falls apart. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
  5. Crush garlic to taste in the butter with a fork, season and add chopped parsley. Coat the baguette pieces with the garlic butter.
  6. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set time to5 Minutes and temperature to 165 °C . Press Start.
  7. Once the Add Food screen appears , add the bread and close the tray.
  8. Leave it for the indicated time or until the bread is perfectly browned. serve immediately
