Bow Tie Pasta Chips


  • 1 cup cream cheese room temperature
  • ½ cup fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 cup Farfalle Pasta
  • 0.4 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Salt as needed
  • Black pepper as needed
  • Cook the pasta, drain it and let it cool down. Feel free to use cooked leftover pasta
  • In a bowl that will fit your pasta, mix parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, smoke paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. It will have a consistency of a paste
  • Once the pasta cools off, toss the drained pasta with the spice mix. It will stick nicely to the pasta
  • Select Air Fry, set the temperature to 385°F / 195°C for 10 Minutes Press Start
  • When the air fryer has finished preheating, add the seasoned pasta to the air fryer basket
  • Shake the basket when the Turn Food alarm is displayed
  • Meanwhile, prepare the dipping sauce
  • In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese and the chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste and set aside
  • When the cooking time is complete, transfer the pasta into a serving plate. If you like your pasta chips on extra crunchy side, cook it for 2 Minutes more
  • Serve with the cream cheese and chopped chives dipping sauce or any other sauce you like. Enjoy!
