Beer Potatoes


  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 can beer
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Wash the potatoes well and cut them into batonnets (rectangular stick shape) of similar size.
  • Arrange the potato sticks in an airtight container and cover them with the beer. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • After that time, drain the potatoes, dry them well and cover them with olive oil and salt (the remaining beer can be used to make bread). Set aside.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 400°F (205°C). Press Start.
  • When Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and add the potatoes. Place the basket back in the Instant Vortex
  • When Turn Food appears on the display, remove the basket, shake it, and reinsert it.
  • When the alarm sounds that cooking is done, open the compartment and, using a pair of tongs, remove the potato batonnets.
  • Serve immediately.
