Baked Oatmeal By: Anabella Alfaro Course Breakfast, Desserts, Snacks Cooking Technique Baking Keywords 4 servings, and 1 banana, baking, breakfast, chips, desserts, eggs, fresh milk, healthy, instant vortex, oats, powder, raspberries, rolled oats, salt, snacks, valentine's day Servings 4 Servings Ingredients 1 ½ cups rolled oats2 eggs1 pear and 1 banana1/2 cup fresh milkCinnamon powder1 pinch saltRaspberriesChocolate chips Instructions Peel and crush the pear in a food processor until almost puréed.In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until almost puréed.Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.Pour into an oven-safe pan (I used a round one) and top with the raspberries and chocolate chips.On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the container inside. Close.Lastly, remove it and enjoy hot.
