Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pear and 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Raspberries
  • Chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel and crush the pear in a food processor until almost puréed.
  2. In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until almost puréed.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Pour into an oven-safe pan (I used a round one) and top with the raspberries and chocolate chips.
  5. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake and then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 350˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  6. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the container inside. Close.
  7. Lastly, remove it and enjoy hot. You can also eat the oatmeal with a bit of honey on top or with some nut butter.
