Avocado Fries


  • 4 avocado
  • 1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cut avocado in half and carefully remove the pit and then slice into wedges.
  • Use a big spoon to carefully scoop out the individual wedges.
  • Prepare 3 medium bowls, one for the flour. Second for the eggs. Third for the panko.
  • To the panko bowl add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Dip each avocado wedge for breading in this order: egg, flour, egg and then panko.
  • Select Air Fry, 400°F / 205°C and set the time for 10 Minutes . Press Start.
  • When preheating has completed place the avocado fries inside of the basket. Air fry in batches if needed.
  • When the cooking time has completed transfer the fries to a serving plate.
  • Enjoy immediately with your favorite dip!
