Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (240 g) all- purpose flour
  • ½ cup (75 g) corn starch (corn flour, UK)
  • ¾ cup (200g) margarine
  • 8 tbsp (60 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1⅔ cups (400g) dulce de leche
  • Confectioner’s sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the dough, combine the flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar and margarine. Mix all the ingredients, until the dough can be detached from the bowl. Stretch and let it rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, stretch and with a mold begin to cut the dough. Once ready, take the caps to the refrigerator.
  3. While we preheat the Instant Vortex, press Bake , set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 356°F. Press Start .
  4. Place the lids on the basket and using the Instant Vortex panel , press Bake, set the time to 5 Minutes and the temperature to 338°F. Press Start.
  5. Carefully remove the caps. Allow them to cool at room temperature. Join them with the delicacy or dulce de leche and sprinkle the impalpable sugar.
