Press the tofu by placing it between paper towels and topping it with some heavy pans for 30 to 40 Minutes.
In the meantime, in a medium bowl, combine the almond milk, cornstarch, and smoked paprika.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour and everything bagel seasoning.
Cut the tofu into ½ inch slices.
Dip each tofu tender in the batter with one hand and transfer to the breading bowl. Use the other hand to coat with the mixture. Place on top of a cutting board and spray with some non-stick cooking oil.
Select Air Fry at 400 F and set the timer for 15 Minutes. Press Start.
When the air fryer has finished preheating, place the tofu slices into the basket.
