Press Sauté – High/More for 10 Minutes. Add the butter and olive oil. Stir until melted.
Add the minced onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Sauté for 3-5 Minutes until translucentand fragrant.
Add the tomato paste and sauté for an additional minute, or until any excess liquid has evaporated. Stir frequently to avoid burning.
Add the vodka sauce to deglaze the pan, scraping up any bits from the bottom. Add the chicken broth, passata, and pasta. Stir until the pasta is evenly coated.
Pressure Cook on High for 3 Minutes. Allow the pot to naturally release for 5 Minutes, then flip the valve to release any remaining pressure.
Press Cancel. Stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan until the sauce is thick and the cheese is melted. Top with basil and additional parmesan. Enjoy!
