Ace Plus Blender - Homemade Healthy Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb raw hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup turbinado sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread hazelnuts in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast for 6-8 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden.
  • Rub slightly cooled nuts in a towel to remove the skins. Discard skins.
  • Add hazelnuts to the blender pitcher and secure the lid.
  • Touch NUT BUTTER, then touch START.
  • After one minute touch PAUSE and scrape down the sides and bottom of the pitcher. Resume by touching START. Repeat once each minute until Nut Butter program is complete.
  • Add the remaining ingredients--in the order listed--then secure the lid
  • Touch NUT BUTTER, then touch START.
  • After one minute touch PAUSE and scrape down the sides and bottom of the pitcher. Resume by touching START. Repeat once each minute until Nut Butter program is complete.
  • Adjust sweetness and serve.
