Ingredients

  • 3 green onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 12 oz roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add ingredients to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
  2. Select “Puree 2” setting for hard vegetables.
  3. Serve on top of your favorite pasta, as a spread or dip.
