Ace Blender - Roasted Garlic Hummus


  • 28 oz garbanzo beans or chick peas
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1 head garlic roasted and peeled
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Add ingredients to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
  • Select “Med” manual setting and blend for 1 minute then select “High” manual setting and blend for 1-2 additional minutes until desired texture is reached using tamper as needed. Press “Cancel” to stop blending.
  • Serve with your favorite cracker, biscuit, or chip or use as a sandwich spread.
