Ingredients

  • 48 oz Water
  • 3/4 cup Ace Blender measuringsoybeans
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Soak soybeans in 16 fl oz of water for up to one hour.
  2. Add 48 fl oz water and soybeans to the blender pitcher and secure lid.
  3. Select “Soy Milk” setting.
  4. When the blending program has completed, remove the lid and carefully filter the soy milk through the strainer bag. Contents will be very hot.
  5. When the bag is cool enough to touch, gently squeeze any additional soy milk out of the bag.
  6. Return the strained soy milk to the pitcher and add cocoa and sugar. Secure lid.
  7. Select “Low” manual setting for 10 seconds. Select “Cancel” to stop blending.
  8. Chill and serve.
