INSTRUCTIONS Add the hoisin, miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, red finger pepper, sesame oil, sesame seeds and vegetable broth. Whisk together. Add the cubed tofu into the pot; stir in. Close the lid. Set valve to release. Select SLOW COOK-Low and set the time to 3 hours. Press START. Once the cooking cycle is done, press CANCEL. Serve the tofu with sauce from bottom of pot and garnish with extra scallions, red finger pepper and sesame seeds if desired.
