Char Siu (Chinese BBQ Pork) in an Instant Pot®?! Yes, you heard that right. Tender, juicy, sweet, and savory pork—no grill, no oven, and no sweating under the sun. Just set it and forget it!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prick the meat all over with a fork or tenderizer. Rub with the marinade and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Add the pork and marinade to your Instant Pot®, seal it, and cook on Meat mode at High Pressure for 15 minutes
  3. Let the pressure naturally release for 15 minutes, then quick release the rest.
  4. Switch to Sauté mode. Brush the pork with honey and simmer until glossy and caramelized.
  5. Slice and enjoy with steamed rice, fried egg, and stir-fried veggies.
