Ingredients

  • 16 onces de bouillon végétalien de style bœuf
  • 2 cuillères à café d'assaisonnement pour tacos
  • 1 cuillère à café de poudre de chili
  • 1/2 cuillère à café de poudre de tomate
  • 1 grosse carotte coupée en quatre morceaux
  • 2 branches de céleri
  • 1 petit oignon rouge
  • 1 petit poivron rouge
  • 1/4 tasse de champignons
  • 1 gousse d'ail
  • 14,5 oz de haricots frits végétariens
  • 1 petit citron
  • 1/4 tasse de coriandre fraîche hachée

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Ajoutez les ingrédients dans l'Instant Pot Ace dans l'ordre indiqué (sauf la coriandre).
  2. Choisissez la fonction soupe #1 (20 minutes).
  3. Une fois terminé, pulsez pendant 5 à 10 secondes jusqu'à obtenir la consistance désirée.
  4. Garnir de coriandre fraîche.
