Ingredients
  • 16 ounces beef-style vegan broth
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp tomato powder
  • 1 large carrot cut into four pieces
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 14.5 oz vegetarian refried beans
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
  • Add ingredients to the Instant Pot Ace in the order listed (except for the cilantro).
  • Choose the #1 soup function (20 minutes).
  • Once done, pulse for 5 to 10 seconds to desired consistency.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro.
