Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • 1 ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Flax seeds to, taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • 3 large tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sesame Seeds (on top)
  • Spray olive oil (on top)
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt with fine herbs
  • Basil leaves
  • Drizzle of olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix everything in a bowl until the mixture is homogeneous.
  2. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and use a drinking glass to cut several circles.
  3. Add sesame seeds on top of each piece of toast.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
  5. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and first put a little olive oil spray on the bottom, then lay the toast side by side other and spray them a bit so they brown. Close.
  6. When prompted by the fryer, turn the toast over.
  7. Serve with a slice of tomato, salt, basil and a splash of olive oil.
