Yogurt Toast


  • ⅓ cup almond flour
  • 1 ¼ cup oatmeal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Flax seeds to, taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Oregano, to taste
  • 3 large tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sesame Seeds (on top)
  • Spray olive oil (on top)
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt with fine herbs
  • Basil leaves
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Mix everything in a bowl until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and use a drinking glass to cut several circles.
  • Add sesame seeds on top of each piece of toast.
  • On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set the time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
  • Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and first put a little olive oil spray on the bottom, then lay the toast side by side other and spray them a bit so they brown. Close.
  • When prompted by the fryer, turn the toast over.
  • Serve with a slice of tomato, salt, basil and a splash of olive oil.
