Cut parchment paper into six 3 inch diameter circles and spread in a circle on the cooking tray. Do not cover the lifting ring in the center of the tray.
In a large bowl, mix together baking mix, cheese and water until a dough forms.
Evenly divide the dough onto the six parchment circles.
Place the air fry basket (but not the cooking tray) into the cooking chamber.
Using the display panel, select AIR FRY, then adjust the temperature to 320°F and the time to 12 minutes, then touch START.
When the display indicates “Add Food” carefully lower the cooking tray into the air fry basket.
When the display indicates “Turn Food” do nothing.
Meanwhile, mix the Topping Mixture ingredients in a small bowl.
When the Air Fry program is complete, remove the biscuits and peel off the parchment circles. Brush with topping mixture and serve hot.
